The stylish exterior of the home, surrounded by tall palm trees swaying in the breeze, creates a feeling of relaxation the moment you arrive. Once you enter the property, the incredible amount of time and effort that went into selecting the furnishings becomes obvious. Perfectly harmonious design, light colors, matching decorator items, an open and spacious floor plan... The white kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, leads to the living room and dining area, which overlooks the manicured front yard. The home also features four bedrooms, each colorful and very individually furnished. One of them even includes a canopy bed. Three modern bathrooms are also available.
Enjoy the magnificent view of palm trees and passing boats, as well as the nature reserve opposite with its mangrove landscape, from the large terrace with an electrically heated pool and spa area. Relax on one of the comfortable lounge chairs on the south facing patio with its decorative columns. Add an ice-cold drink, and you’re in paradise. The patio is also ideal for a leisurely barbecue with family and friends.
A private dock belongs to the property as well. If you rent a boat, you can stop by the waterfront restaurants in nearby Cape Harbour, take in Florida’s natural beauty on the long waterways, visit the pristine beaches on the barrier islands and possibly watch some dolphins in the wild. Now that’s what you could call a perfect vacation!
