Centrally located villa with holiday apartments, with a big garden, by the nature reserve

The detached villa was built in 1912 and was comprehensively renovated in 2003. The villa is about 200 metres from the beach in Sellin and the bridge (the thirteenth house from the bridge, going down Wilhelmstrasse). The front side of the villa faces Wilhelmstrasse, lined with summer linden trees, while the rear faces the nature reserve of the Granitz beech forests.

Each apartment is comfortably furnished and has a generous balcony or loggia. The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms, satellite TV and a radio. On arrival, fresh bed linen, towels and tea towels are already set out. There is gas central heating. The site is partially enclosed and in the front area there is a cherry laurel hedge, but which is not very high. On the other side there is a slope and the forest. Parking spaces are available for a fee, but must be booked in advance.

The location of the villa is very central. The beach is 200 metres away and the restaurants on Wilhelmstrasse from only around 20 metres away. Shopping facilities in the centre of Sellin are within easy walking distance (bakery 30 metres, newspapers 30 metres, supermarket 300 metres).

Owing to the very positive guest reviews in recent years, we are still offering a wellness special at the villa: a wellness voucher (worth 50 euros, per booking) for the five-star Roewers private hotel with an exclusive wellness area, opposite the villa. This applies to bookings from five nights between January and May.

Holiday apartment 13 for up to six people

The four-room apartment no. 13 measuring 132m² is suitable for up to six people, with the possibility of adding a cot for a baby. It is on the third floor, faces the street and has a good view of the Baltic Sea and the lake Selliner See.

The penthouse balcony with garden furniture is a special highlight. Enjoy the wonderful view. The apartment also has a sauna for two people. A shared sauna and a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also available.

The holiday apartment welcomes you with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room-kitchen and a roof terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second with two single beds (90 x 200cm), and the third with a bunk bed. It is possible to add two supplementary beds. The fully-equipped kitchen unit provides an oven, stove, fridge, toaster, kettle and dishwasher, facilitating washing up. The bathroom has a bath/shower, WC, hairdryer and washbasin. A child’s bed and a highchair can be provided free of charge on request. Free wireless Internet access is available.

The villa features a historical facade with traditional seaside architecture, which has been restored with attention to detail, as well as the use of high-quality and ecological building materials (e.g. antiallergenic paints and insulation materials).

    “Wir fünf Personen hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Rügen. Viel Spazieren tut auch der Gesundheit gut! Positiv: Die Lage ist wirklich absolut klasse! Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter kann nicht besser sein. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen oder 6 Personen perfekt. Restaurants sind alle einen Besuch wert. Besonders das mexikanische Restaurant. Die Sauna in der Wohnung ist natürlich purer Luxus. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig und landschaftlich ein reiner Genuss. Restaurant: Zweistein - Beide Restaurant haben uns fünf alles geboten was wir erwarteten... ein sehr gutes Abendessen und sehr freundliche Bedienung bzw. Service. Ausflüge: Putgarten und Dranske (Fischrestaurant) - Für Spaziergänger die gut zu Fuß sind einfach toll”

    “Hallo, wir waren im Urlaub. Die Villa ist wunder schön. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist super. ca.5 Min zum Meer. Wir waren mit 4Erw. 1 Kind. Im Haus ist ein Fahrstuhl. Parkplatz am Haus. Wir würden dort noch mal hin fahren.. 100%. Der Kontakt ist auch super. Ein Lieben Gruß an Die Vermieterin.

    Das Auto brauch man dort nicht. Fahren Sie mit dem Rasenden Roland. Einkaufen kann man im Ort. Lidl, Aldi & Netto Es gibt dort auch ein Edeka aber der ist nicht so schön, schon in den Jahren gekommen... Und mega voll dort immer. Wir wünschen allen ein schönen Urlaub dort!”
