Centrally located villa with holiday apartments, with a big garden, by the nature reserve

The detached villa was built in 1912 and was comprehensively renovated in 2003. The villa is about 200 metres from the beach in Sellin and the bridge (the thirteenth house from the bridge, going down Wilhelmstrasse). The front side of the villa faces Wilhelmstrasse, lined with summer linden trees, while the rear faces the nature reserve of the Granitz beech forests.

Each apartment is comfortably furnished and has a generous balcony or loggia. The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms, satellite TV and a radio. On arrival, fresh bed linen, towels and tea towels are already set out. There is gas central heating. The site is partially enclosed and in the front area there is a cherry laurel hedge, but which is not very high. On the other side there is a slope and the forest. Parking spaces are available for a fee, but must be booked in advance.

The location of the villa is very central. The beach is 200 metres away and the restaurants on Wilhelmstrasse from only around 20 metres away. Shopping facilities in the centre of Sellin are within easy walking distance (bakery 30 metres, newspapers 30 metres, supermarket 300 metres).

Owing to the very positive guest reviews in recent years, we are still offering a wellness special at the villa: a wellness voucher (worth 50 euros, per booking) for the five-star Roewers private hotel with an exclusive wellness area, opposite the villa. This applies to bookings from five nights between January and May.

Die schöne Drei-Zimmer Ferienwohnung Nr. 1 mit einer Größe von 71 m² für bis zu sechs Personen liegt im Erdgeschoss auf der Seite der Wilhelmstraße.

Den Balkon mit Gartenmöbel erreichen Sie über den Wohnbereich und über eines der Schlafzimmer.

Sie bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, eine offene Küche mit Wohnbereich, ein Badezimmer und einen Balkon. Das Doppelbett ist 1,80m x 2,00m groß, das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten a 0,90m x 2,00m. Die fünfte und sechste Person findet auf der Doppelschlafcouch im Wohnbereich Platz. Die voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile verfügt nicht nur über einen Backofen, Herd und Kühlschrank, sondern auch über einen Toaster, Wasserkocher und eine Spülmaschine. So ist der Abwasch leicht gemacht. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne, WC, Föhn und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl können kostenlos auf Anfrage hinzugestellt werden. Kostenloses WLAN darf natürlich nicht fehlen.

Die Villa ist geprägt von ihrer mit viel Liebe zum Detail sanierten historischen Bäderstil-Fassade und der Verwendung von hochwertigen und ökologischen Baumaterialen (z.B. Allergiker-freundliche Farben und Dämm-Materialien).

Vor Ort erwartet Sie darüber hinaus eine Gemeinschaftssauna und ein Waschraum mit Münzwaschmaschine und Trockner.

    “Schöne FeWo in super Lage Positiv: Schöne Villa mit Loggia, nahe der Seebruecke, durch Diele getrennte Schlafbereiche, war insbesondere mit dem Hund ideal Negativ: Wohn-Küchenbereich nicht so ganz gemütlich Restaurant: Kajüte - Gemütliches Restaurant mit Tischen in separaten Nischen (Kajüten), sehr freundliches Personal, auch bei Sonderwünschen und der Hund bekommt eine Decke und Leckerlis.

    “Wir haben uns in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
    Lobenswert ist auch das Servicepersonal, immer freundlich und erreichbar. Positiv: Die zentrale Lage ist super, ein paar Schritte und man ist am Strand. Wir waren mit 5 Personen und Hund dort, der Platz war völlig ausreichend. Das ganze Objekt war sehr sauber und gepflegt.”

    “Diese Objekt hat eine TOP Lage (ca. 200m zur Seebrücke und zum Strand). Die Austattung ist etwas älter (z. B. Röhrenfernseher), aber gepflegt und man will ja auch nicht den Urlaub in der Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und das Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Schlafsofa. Das Bad hat eine Wanne mit Duschmöglichkeit. Alles in allem ausreichend für 5 Personen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das italienische Eis direkt vor der Haustür.”
